CoinStats shows how crypto holdings are distributed across connected wallets and exchange accounts, rather than requiring a separate balance check in each service. Its portfolio tracker combines holdings with performance calculations, supported DeFi positions and eligible NFT collections.
Where the numbers come from
A wallet can be monitored through its public address. Supported exchange connections use read-only API access, while CSV imports and manual transactions provide other ways to assemble records. Reading an address does not require a transfer of funds. Optional token swaps are a separate operation that requires a compatible connected wallet and transaction approval.
Available history differs by integration. Solana imports cover the latest 2,500 actions; Cardano and Polkadot provide native balances without full transaction histories. Missing acquisitions or transfers can therefore affect historical performance calculations. The blockchain labels on this page describe data coverage, not permission to trade on every listed network. NFT tracking is documented for Ethereum and Base.
What to expect from access and billing
Basic is free, with 10 portfolios, 20,000 transactions and 10 daily synchronizations per portfolio. Premium and Degen are paid subscriptions with additional analytics, alerts and capacity. Some analytics panels require a paid plan. Subscription billing depends on the selected plan and purchase channel; a trial is separate from the ongoing Basic tier and can convert to recurring billing.
Network fees apply when executing swaps. CoinStats service fees and exemptions depend on the subscription and transaction conditions; the subscription price does not represent a universal transaction cost. The developer API has its own plans and usage quotas.
Which setup fits your use
Useful for: bringing wallet, exchange and supported DeFi balances into a consolidated view.
Less suited for: reconstructing a complete historical ledger from integrations that expose only balances or a shortened history.
Account: browsing market data and creating local alerts can be done without signing in. Sign-in is required for the Chrome extension's personal portfolio view and synchronizes alerts across registered devices.
Wallet: optional for exchange imports or manual records. Address-based monitoring does not require a browser wallet extension.
Installation: browser access is available, alongside iOS, Android, macOS and a Chrome extension. These interfaces do not all offer the same controls.
The Apple app listing confirms English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Turkish, plus Armenian. The language labels here reflect verified app support; the Chrome extension lists English only.
History example: if a supported import stops before an older purchase, the current balance can still appear while performance or cost-basis figures lack that acquisition. Compare the imported date range with the source account before interpreting a gain.
