These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dApps.tools. By accessing the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
dApps.tools is an informational directory that helps users discover and compare decentralized applications, software tools, blockchains, and related services. Features may include search, filters, favorites, estimated currency displays, market or on-chain information, user submissions, and links to third-party websites.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to that account secure. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not submit content you lack the right to share. We may review, edit, reject, unpublish, or remove submissions to maintain the directory, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the service for lawful personal or business research. You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, use automated traffic that degrades the service, scrape in violation of applicable law or posted restrictions, submit deceptive or unlawful material, infringe rights, or use the service to facilitate fraud or harm.
No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
dApps.tools is a discovery and information service. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet provider, fiduciary, financial adviser, investment adviser, legal adviser, or tax adviser. Listings, rankings, badges, metrics, descriptions, and links are not recommendations or endorsements. Digital assets and decentralized applications involve significant risks. Conduct your own research and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Data Sources, Third-Party Information and Accuracy
Information about tools, blockchains, prices, fees, availability, security, integrations, and third-party services can change without notice. dApps.tools may obtain or derive information from official project websites and documentation, public blockchain data, community or operator submissions, and third-party services such as Jupiter, DexScreener, Helius, Frankfurter, and the European Central Bank, depending on the feature and available coverage. Verify material information directly with official sources before acting on it.
Estimated currency conversions use daily reference exchange rates provided through Frankfurter and limited to its European Central Bank provider. The data is rebased to USD through Frankfurter and applied in the browser for display. These figures are informational estimates, not real-time trading or transaction rates, and may differ from a rate actually available to you. See the ECB reference rates and the ECB copyright and disclaimer.
Although we work to maintain useful information, we do not warrant that directory content is complete, current, accurate, available, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
External links and third-party services
Third-party tools and websites are independent from dApps.tools. We do not control their operation, contracts, content, security, privacy practices, fees, availability, or treatment of digital assets. Your use of them is governed by their terms. Connecting a wallet, signing a transaction, or providing information to a third party is your decision and responsibility.
Affiliate links
Some listings may contain affiliate or referral links and may be identified as such. dApps.tools may receive compensation if you follow one of these links or complete an eligible action. Compensation does not change the third party’s terms or eliminate your need to evaluate the service independently.
Intellectual property
The dApps.tools website, branding, original design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks, logos, descriptions, and content belong to their respective owners. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, republish, sell, or create a competing database from protected portions of the service.
Availability, changes, and interruption
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, and may correct or remove content, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may interrupt access.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, dApps.tools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, digital-asset losses, failed transactions, smart-contract behavior, or harm arising from third-party services or reliance on directory information. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service or applicable requirements evolve. The revised version becomes effective on the date shown above. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer-protection rules and jurisdictional rights available to you remain unaffected.
