Pons is a web launchpad for creating and trading user-issued tokens on Robinhood Chain. Its Explore page lists launches with sorting options for recent purchases, launch date, market capitalisation and volume.
Version scope: the fixed-supply feature refers to the documented v1 launch model. The v2 model uses its own curve and eligibility rules. Identify the version shown by the launch form before applying a supply or fee rule.
Understand the launch version
The v1 route creates one billion tokens and a WETH trading pool in a single transaction. WETH is the tokenised form of ETH used by the pool. Trading remains in that Uniswap v3 pool after graduation.
The v2 route uses a bonding curve before moving to a Uniswap v4 pool. Its documentation currently limits new launches to approved wallet addresses and states that no audit has been completed. An accessible creation form does not establish that every wallet can launch.
Launch and trading costs
The creation form displays a 0.0005 ETH launch fee. The documented v1 pool fee is 1%. For v2, an optional creator tax adds to the standard trading fee, and initial purchases may also incur a temporary launch tax. Network fees are separate. These differences prevent a single percentage from representing every transaction.
Access and practical limits
Useful for: launching a token on Robinhood Chain or following its launch market.
Less suited to: launching on other networks or using a service that holds and recovers assets for you.
Account and wallet: public browsing needs no account or wallet connection. Launches and trades require a compatible wallet to authorise transactions. Pons states that it does not hold user assets or private keys.
Regional access: the terms exclude the United Kingdom, European Union member states and other listed jurisdictions. Availability is not worldwide.
